In case you chose to contact a Study Site, the information will not be accessible to EryDel and is not stored or retained by EryDel in any manner. EryDel will be notified that an information request was submitted to the study site, but will not have access to the contents of the submission, including your name and contact information. The study site will receive the information you provide as an email. As such, the email will be retained on their servers indefinitely and will be subject to the privacy and security policies of that medical institution.
If you elect to send an email to email@example.com, your personal information will only be shared with EryDel. Your information will NOT be shared with any other party. EryDel understands the importance of protecting your information and will use your information for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry. Once your email has been responded to, the email will be deleted. However, your email will be stored on EryDel servers indefinitely since these data cannot be deleted. The email box will be reviewed once per week and you can expect a response within 14 days or less.
